I’m a fitness fanatic, proud mama of three, and I’ve been passionate about fitness for most of my adult life. Recently, I took my journey to the next level by diving deep into strength training and body recomposition, transforming not just my body, but my mindset as well. 

As I shared my experiences on Instagram, I found that many of you were inspired to embark on similar journeys toward burning fat and building muscle. However, a common theme emerged in these conversations: the process felt confusing and frustrating. That’s when it struck me—I needed to create a solution that simplifies counting macros and meal planning, making it more approachable for everyone!

I’m thrilled to announce the launch of my meal plans tailored to fit your macro goals, designed specifically for busy parents and individuals who just don’t have a whole lot of time to spend in the kitchen or wandering around the grocery store. My vision is to provide delicious, simple recipes that eliminate the daunting experience of meal planning, so you can focus on your fitness journey without the stress.

Not complicated at all! My goal is to make healthy eating and getting fit and/or losing weight as enjoyable as possible, even if you have a busy job or are often on the go. The recipes in the meal plans use everyday ingredients, are quick to prepare, and easy to take with you.

If you choose to lose weight, you can expect to lose about 17 to 26 pounds of fat in a 3-month period, depending on your starting situation.

Faster weight changes are unwise: they lead to long-term setbacks, deficiencies in certain nutrients, or excessive fat storage.

Through the ‘diet preferences’ setting in your dashboard, you can easily exclude ingredients you don’t like. These items will not appear in your weekly menus. If a meal does come up that you don’t find appealing, simply click ‘replace’ to get a different recipe.

Absolutely! You have the option to easily specify the number of people via your shopping list—for the entire weekly menu or individual meals. We will then automatically select the most cost-effective packaging for your shopping list.

Canceling your subscription is very simple. Go to the ‘Subscriptions’ section in your dashboard and click on ‘Cancel Subscription.’ Your subscription will be terminated after the period you have already paid for. From that moment, you will no longer have access to your nutrition plans and shopping lists.
