Plateaus are normal… it doesn’t mean you’ve failed or that your plan is broken.

These are the exact tweaks I use: a small calorie or macro change OR a little more movement… nothing extreme or scary.

I never slash a ton of calories or spend hours on the treadmill because that backfires. Huge cuts can slow your metabolism, make you lose muscle, and leave you exhausted and hungry. Endless cardio only stresses your body and is impossible to keep up.

Instead, I make small, sustainable changes your body can actually respond to and that you can live with long-term.
